BREAKTHROUGH BRANDING
SITUATION
In the rapidly evolving fast casual segment, a client approached us and asked us to help create to a new dining concept, in a flooded dining marketplace.
ANALYSIS
In a high potential market, a healthy, fast casual concept was absent. Consumers sought fresh alternatives that made them feel good about their food choice and their connection to the community.

RECOMMENDATION
After an extensive consumer and competitive analysis, Boscobrand created a strategic positioning and a brand doctrine that invited consumers to Naked Greens to "Grab a Fresh Perspective" and enjoy globally inspired salads and soups, locally sourced ingredients from a socially conscious community partner.

RESULTS
Since its launch, Naked Greens has flourished. Demand at the first location was so successful, a second location was built within a year of launching the first location.
CAUSE MARKETING
SITUATION
Alcohol marketing is highly regulated on a state by state basis, making it difficult to deliver a “one size fits all” approach. Many retailers compound the situation with guidelines of acceptable tactics.
ANALYSIS
InBev needed to spark buyer interest & drive volume, while appealing to a socially minded consumer who could be inspired by an effort to purchase their brands.
RECOMMENDATION
We leveraged an approach to thematic charitable cause marketing – partnering with charities relevant to retailers & consumers and leveraging promotional window themes that connected the retail calendar.
RESULTS
The approach found immediate success at Wal-Mart. Sales were up +30% vs. YAG and sales teams secured 100 and 200 case displays beyond the initial 25-50 case expectation. This effort was the start of many successful cause marketing partnerships, delivering awareness and measurable value for all.
